• An Automatic Haldi (Turmeric) Powder Plant is 

  a mechanized system that processes dried turmeric rhizomes into fine powder, featuring stages like grinding (often with impact pulverizers for fineness), classification (using whizzer classifiers to return oversized particles), and collection (via cyclone/bag filters), ensuring dust-free, consistent, and high-quality powder suitable for industrial food or cosmetic use, with modern versions offering PLC automation for remote monitoring and precise particle control. 

  Key Components & Process:

  1. Input: Dried turmeric rhizomes are fed into the system.
  2. Grinding: An impact pulverizer with hammers breaks down the turmeric into smaller particles.
  3. Classification: A classifier separates the ground material, sending oversized particles back for further grinding and fine powder to the next stage.
  4. Aspiration & Dust Collection: An integrated system captures dust, ensuring a clean, safe environment and preventing powder loss.
  5. Collection: A cyclone separator collects the final, fine powder, which is then ready for bagging.
