  How it Works (Simplified Process):

  1. Cleaning & Sorting: Raw chickpeas are cleaned of dust, stones, and foreign particles, with sorting to remove damaged ones.
  2. Dehulling: The outer skin (hull) of the chickpeas is removed.
  3. Grinding: The dehulled split chickpeas are ground into fine flour using roller mills (chaki).
  4. Sieving/Grading: The ground flour is sieved to achieve the desired fine texture and particle size, often with adjustable mesh.
